Dr. Kathryn Chang is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Sonoma State University. She is a certified public accountant with over ten years of work experience in the private industry. Her research interests focus on cost management and performance measures in the healthcare industry. She received the Best Paper Award from Government and Nonprofit Section of 2016 American Accounting Association Annual Meeting. She has published articles in academic journals such as, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Journal of Governmental & Nonprofit Accounting, The Chinese Economy, International Journal of Management Accounting Research, and Wine Economics and Policy.
