Geni Whitehouse, CPA is a consulting team member with Brotemarkle, Davis & Co. LLP, in St. Helena and the co-founder of a remote bookkeeping business called Solve Services.
A regular speaker at Accounting and Tech Conferences around the world, her mission is to make accounting relevant and interesting to business people everywhere. Geni was a partner in an Atlanta CPA firm when she made the transition to high tech. She held executive positions at Navision, ACCPAC and finally Sage Software in California.
Geni is an instructor at the WISE Academy where she teaches accounting concepts to winery staff and is a former board member of the Napa/Sonoma Chapter of Women for WineSense where she served as Education Director. She was a member of TEDxNapaValley.org and spoke at their event in September of 2011.
Geni has been named one of the 25 most powerful women in accounting by CPA Practice Advisor, one of the Top 25 Thought Leaders by CPA Practice Advisor, and in 2018 was named one of the Top 100 Influencers by Accounting Today magazine.
