Paul Dolan, considered California's "godfather of sustainable winegrowing," faces a crossroad of decision making concerning his future plans. He has had a full career including serving as CEO of Fetzer Winery, President of Mendocino Wine Group, LLC, and partner in several other businesses. At this time in his life, he is trying to decide on potential future directions for the vineyard. Should he expand, follow a stability strategy, sell, or start a new wine business? Whatever direction Paul takes is likely to be fruitful considering his previous successes.
